Clinical Mental Health Graduate Student

 

Evelyn is a Clinical Mental Health Graduate student dedicated to providing a warm, caring environment tailored to each client. Her foundation is centered on a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Incorporating empathy, genuineness, empowerment, hope, and unconditional positive regard. Each client's specific needs are navigated holistically, and sessions are integrated with evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gestalt. At a client's request, she also offers Christian faith integration.

 

Evelyn has prior experience as a First Responder and holds a Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. She loves God, her family, nature, and animals. Evelyn aspires to own a farm one day, where she will provide animal-assisted therapy for clients, specifically incorporating Donkeys as her primary therapy assistant.  

 

Currently, in addition to seeing clients, you can find Evelyn at the front desk as Crystal's Administrative Assistant. She always welcomes a friendly hello or smile!
