What are your office hours?

Our offices are Monday - Thursday, 8am - 8pm, and on Fridays by appointment only.

How longer are the sessions?

Depending on your need and schedule, our sessions are 50, 45 or 30-minute sessions.

We will work with you on a self-pay plan if your insurance does not cover sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  We do charge a cancellation fee for less than 24-hours notice or if you  miss a session with no call or text.  Please call and/or text to cancel your appointment if needed.

What happens if I lose my internet connection?

If you lose Internet connection during a session, we will call you on your phone, if it is before a session. We ask that you communicate with me about what has happened, and we will devise a plan for your session.

Yes. we provide homework for clients each session.

We use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), and Family System Therapy (FST).
