Kaitlyn Morgan, MS, RMHCI
Kaitlyn is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who specializes in working with children ages 3–12 and their families. Before becoming a counselor, she spent seven years as an elementary school teacher, giving her a strong understanding of child development, school concerns, and the ways children communicate through behavior and relationships.
Her work is grounded in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), and she is currently participating in an advanced CCPT Clinical Coaching Program. She also works directly with parents through consultation and coaching, incorporating Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) principles to help caregivers better understand their child’s needs, respond effectively to challenging behaviors, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
Kaitlyn works with children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, ADHD-related challenges, low self-esteem, trauma and stressful life experiences, family transitions, and school or social difficulties. Her approach is warm, accepting, and relationship-focused, helping children feel safe, understood, and capable as they grow at their own pace.
