Crystal's Counseling & Consultation is a growing, woman-owned private practice in Florida, specializing in supporting young children, adults, families and couples with anxiety and trauma and humans navigating identity shifts, burnout, and life transitions.
Position Overview - Contractor 1099:

We’re seeking either a Registered State of Florida Intern or a licensed therapist to join our team and provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents and/or adults. The ideal candidate is passionate about anxiety, trauma, and holistic mental health, and enjoys working in a supportive, low-bureaucracy private practice setting.

You choose your schedule, your therapy style and have input into your caseload size and your ideal client — we support you in doing your best work.
What You'll Do:
​

Provide individual, couple, or family psychotherapy in-office

Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to practice policies

Collaborate with community providers, schools, or healthcare teams as needed.

Attend weekly supervisions if not fully licensed
-
Maintain ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with Florida standards

Who You Are - You're a good fit if you are:

An LSW/LCSW, LMHC, LPC/LCPC in Florida (or eligible soon)
-
Passionate about assisting humans in healing from trauma and life stressors
-
Comfortable working independently but enjoy being part of a team

Organized, communicative, and ethically grounded

Warm, relatable, and human — we support authenticity over perfection
Extra Bonus if you have:

Training in Play therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, ART or other trauma modalities
-
Experience with young adults, college students, or parenting
-
Experience with young kids & teens
-
Experience with couples and or family therapy
Requirements:
​

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Ability to pass background check

Willingness to adhere to practice policies

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
